Seun Oloketuyi premieres new movie, Lockdown Heat.

A Nigerian indigenous movie maker and founder of Best of Nollywood awards, Seun Oloketuyi, has premiered his new movie, Lockdown Heat, at the SilverBird Cinema, Ikeja, yesterday, June 13, 2021.

The movie which featured Mary Lazarus and Efa Iwara as leads was directed by a prominent filmmaker, Samuel Olatunji, who recently produced and directed MimiTheMovie and Dear Affy.

Oloketuyi's Lockdown Heat was inspired by the recent COVID-19 pandemic outbreak which forced many nations to put lockdown in place to curtail the spread of the deadly virus; Nigeria inclusive.

"It is a movie that talks about what happened during the lockdown. I don't think anybody in our generation ever witnessed a pandemic," he told Nollytrailers, "So Lockdown Heat is a story of survival during the pandemic."

The storyline is about two people falling in love during a lockdown and how one of the couple was able to survive the other's inner demon without getting scratched, or with minimum damage.
