Health and work: The Balance.

It is often said that health is wealth meaning that it is when you are healthy that you can work and acquire wealth. 

So the question is, do you take care of your health? Or is it all about work? Do you listen to your body signs? If you do, good for you because you will live and acquire more wealth and enjoy it in good health. But if the reverse is the case, I'm so sorry for you because you may not live to enjoy what you are labouring for.

If you work yourself out and make all the money you needed to make but does not live in good health to enjoy it, it means that you have laboured in vain. So there should be a balance between work and health. Go for routine check-ups and discover any health challenge on time before it blows out of proportion. This is because if it is discovered on time, it can be cured or managed very well. If not, at a certain stage, even the money that you have been striving to make will not be able to save you. By then, of what benefit will it be for you since it will not be able to save you.

Think twice, a word is enough for the wise. Take care of those symptoms before they become something serious and know that your health is most important.

She decided to keep quiet because no one will believe her.

Sofia was ten years old when her aunt from her maternal home came visiting. As a small girl, she loved her aunt and decided to go and live with her but her parents did not buy the idea. 

However the girl kept crying insisting that she wants to go with her. Her  father later succumbed to the girl's request since he couldn't see her cry further and afterall the woman is a close relative. 

Finally she left with her to her maternal home which is a village far away. On arrival, Sofia has to face the reality of a new home. 

She suddenly became the maid of the house as all the domestic activities of the household like sweeping, cleaning, laundry and cooking was left for her.

 At first, she was to cook and pound fufu which she didn't know how to prepare as a child. When she couldn't prepare it well, she received a welcome beating from her aunt then she knew that it wasn't going to be easy living with her but she accepted her fate. 

However, when she started schooling, she always come back to meet all the house chores waiting for her, yet she will still go to the farm in the evenings. 

On a fateful day, while on her way to the farm, a young guy started chasing her with an evil intention towards her. Note that she is now an adulescent. 

She ran as her strength could carry her and thank God she escaped and went back home. When she narrated her ordeal to her aunt, she became very angry with her because she couldn't do the work she was supposed to do at the farm. 

Just imagine, farming that evening was more important for her aunt than the safety of the poor child.

The untinkable started happening when the child stopped going to school because her uncle refused to be paying her school fees but will pay that of his own children. 

Now he demands to sleep with her before he can pay her fees. This is the height of wickedness of man, an uncle for that matter. 

This is dirty and terrible, an arbominable act. So the child does not go to school anymore because she refused to give in to the wicked request of her uncle. 

He will always abuse her by touching her whever she serves him food and she can't even tell anybody even her aunt as no one will believe her, so she decided to swallow everything and die in silence.

See what happens after 10year old girl wakes up, greets her parents

 A girl of 10 years old woke up from her nap 

greeted mum and dad and after greeting the parents, she ask mum why don't you wake me up for school?  Her mum said because I want you to wake up by yourself.

She was angry with her mum for not waking her up on time to get ready for school, mum said sorry dear but you can start getting ready before it will be too late.

She quickly had her bath and start getting dress why she was dressing up she said, mum is not fair you really want my teacher to use correction stick on me for being late, then she started crying.

The mum said please my dear stop crying instead hasting up and go, few minutes latter she is ready to go but still confused of the day if it's truly school. 

The little girl ask, dad am I going to school today? Her dad said yes and be fast to avoid being late. As she is dressing up still angry because she don't like going to school late.

Some minutes letter she said bye, bye my dear said her mum, then she quickly rush down the staircase. Stop her please before she go outside the gate dady said, so mum calls out for her.

Immediately she comes up stairs we started laughing and she said why are you laughing mum? and she reply because today isn't school baby.

Then she started laughing and said how could you do this to me mum? Because I always want you to know days of the week said her mum.

 Thanks mum said the girl I have learnt a lesson today, we all started laughing, parents should always play some prank to their children to make them happy.
